Hi blog. How are you? Sorry I disappeared for a while.
It’s been a tough start to the year. My father-in-law passed away. He was one of those people who had such a profound impact on my life, on many people’s lives. I could describe Joseph a thousand different ways, but I think he is best summed up as a father who was full of love.
His passing still doesn’t feel real. My family have been together, supporting each other, but the loss is one of those world-shaking, time-stopping things. We have good days and bad days. Sometimes our heads fell like they are above the water, other times, deep below.
Life, however, has this awkward way of keeping on going even when you don’t want it to. So here I am, blog, back again, with a renewed purpose to use my words in the best way possible.
Thank you again, Joseph, for everything you have done and continue to do. I won’t forget you.
